You are in the trust business.  Oh, you might think that you’re an entrepreneur, lawyer or online business owner, but really, where it counts you are in the trust business.  You need to help your clients trust you before you ever get to applying your solution or message.

Twenty years as a mediator and Ombuds gave me a chance to examine trust up close and personal. Well, here’s a shocker. Trust is transactional.  There are a series of mini promises or experiences  that cumulatively add up to trust.
