Tech doesn’t always mean software or computers. Technology is defined as the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes.

Let’s define technology a little broader to include advancements in emotional intelligence and positive psychology.

Learning to manage your own emotions and the emotions of those around you is not a soft skill or ‘nice to have’. Mastering EQ has real impact on your bottom line as well as happiness as a lawyer or entrepreneur.

The ability to communicate effectively, anticipate the needs of individuals and resolve conflict is key if you want to lead a more productive, efficient team and make more money as a result.

In this episode of Legal Innovation Talks with Steven Pulver, we talk about the art of delegation, how not to be a bosshole ,and how to lead with empathy, which all starts with having high emotional intelligence.

Hey, if you don’t feel like you have high EQ now, don’t worry. It’s a very learnable skill.
