It’s a good time to brush up on your #emotionalintelligence for sure. Investigate how you’re feeling about life, work, and the pandemic Your feelings will impact how you lead so you need to be aware.

Your team (and your clients) are looking to you for guidance. You must provide that, even if you’re not certain about the future. Empathy-driven leaders realize people are afraid and seek to connect.

You don’t have to save they day as the hero; be there as part of the community.

People have incredibly sensitive bullshit meters. Don’t pretend something you’re not feeling. Be transparent and positive. It builds trust.

If your team asks questions, ask for their help finding solutions so they know you value them and their contributions.
